9 o'clock tearin' it up

the 9 o'clock just played in the Syndicate. i had such a good time. i played some good solos and danced some good dance.

more importantly. the iTunes music store now has every disney soundtrack, including (but not limited to) A GOOFY MOVIE, aka the best disney movie ever. Tevin Campbell singing " I 2 I" and "Stand Out" causes nostalgia to well up inside me so much that i may have to get my stomach pumped.

No, Tevin. I'M READY...I'm READY!!!

You seem to really dig this iTunes music store...I'm not sure if I like paying for 1. 128kbs music for about the same price as CDs (especially considering that CDs have gotten cheaper lately)
2. Rights limited...you have to authorize your computer (aka hardware signature) to play your songs. Posted by: Qingy at April 22, 2004 08:58 PM
actually Q, i've only bought one album (14 tracks) off of iTunes Music store. i just like that it's a quick easy way to listen to samples of songs. occassionally iTunes will have a few exclusive tracks, in which case i may or may not buy them (let's say it was a ben folds song you could get nowhere else). yeah, they have a few hard to finds, but i think I'd rather amazon for 'm unless its exclusively itunes. (itunes rips off artists almost worse than CDs too, pennies a track)
but they do have guster covering violent femmes...and chris oreilly playing radiohead tunes as classical piano. plus the pepsi thing was pretty cool.......hey john, my friend jash and I are desperate to find out who won the 420 contest Posted by: phil at April 23, 2004 12:39 AM
I knew it! iTunes is as much a part of the evil empire as CDs. The 128kbs really bothers me because when I play at in my basement it becomes really obvious something is <256kbs. In fact, it doesn't take much of a speaker system (I know mine is quite uber, and a bad example) for 128 to sound bad. 128 is for headphones and that's it. I'd like to see AAC take off...but seeing how Microsoft wants to push .wma and whenever M$ wants to win...they win...I holding back =\ Posted by: Qingy at April 23, 2004 09:28 AM
