Glug, ugh
today at work, i pounded down two 20 oz bottles of water to hydrate for the ultimate game later today. i did it right after lunch, and felt like i was gonna throw up. it was a big rush though.

we should continue our thursday night tradition of having a festive night after your frisbee game. and by tradition, i mean like last week. and by festive i mean....umm...well let's just face it- i'm addicted to festivities.
