our door. currently adorned with a "no hug = no rug" ransom note from the first time my welcome mat was stolen, an auxiliary rug that says "welcome to the party," a picture of a samurai, a car ad that says "i think, therefore i kick ass," a Sockbaby "poster," our microphone name tags (guy, and guy (respectively)), and several things we didn't put up there, but are too lazy to take down.

this is the view of our room from the door stones's desk is on the left, our beds are parallel to the wall with the futon in front, and my desk is diagonal in the corner.

this is what technically would be called the "vanity area," but stones and i have dubbed it "food corner," as we now use it mainly for refrigerator and microwave space.
