autumn in texas

in Edina, MN, it's 49 degrees Fahrenheit.

in Appleton, WI, as well as Chicago, IL, it's 61 degrees Fahrenheit.

in Denton, TX, it's 79 degrees Fahrenheit.

in October, Texas will have a few "chilly" days, but can jump back up to summer-like temperatures. autumn is one of the things i miss about living up north.

though in February, when my family and friends are complaining of single-digit (and negative single digit) temperatures, i'll be enjoying the upper 40s down here!

In Duluth, MN, it is 39 degrees, I win! If you ever need to borrow a cup of cold, just give me a buzz, I'd love to borrow some warmth come Jan/Feb Posted by: Lisa at October 13, 2004 07:04 PM

we like to call our weather "bipolar" here. actually, more like "multipolar". so many fucking weather changes here. Posted by: Ashley at October 14, 2004 10:18 PM
i agree with ashley...it's like the state is PMSing all the time....the climate is NEVER constant...it's a real bitch. Posted by: ana at October 14, 2004 11:59 PM
Our autumn in Texas is those three days in between "summer" and "second summer" and then it goes straight to winter for about three weeks in January/February. But wait ten minutes, and it's bound to change again. Oh, and to the anony-poster who asked about Lufkin, that's about 4 hours to the southeast of where John is.
