speaking of short-lived
yeah, so i quit the country band. i hate country music. nearly all of it. i just wasn't feeling it with the particular group. that plus i have a billion other things and i cant really devote as much time to the country band as it was going to have taken. so me and country music broke it off after the second date.

I applaud your leaving of a country band. There were so many jam/country fusions that would play bars in grand forks that my hatred of country music became close enough to total/complete.
By the way, I was listening to "Train in Vain" by the clash today and I kept thinking of John Guari playing the harmonica parts.
anyway, lets hear some harmonica!
