today marks a whole year since elizabeth and i have been boyfriend and girlfriend. this is a glorious day! it would be difficult for me to elaborate and not take like a billion hours writing how much i love her.

arranging 3 consumes my life, i swear to god! no time to expound.
i spent part of the evening practicing with three other fine rock musicians. we worked on "Late" by Ben Folds, "Baby Britain" and "Say Yes" by Elliott Smith, and a few originals. unless contrary new arrives, we'll be playing a 30-minute set of said music at Dan's Silverleaf in Denton on October 20th for an Elliott Smith Tribute concert.

i've gone from really excited about this fall to really SUPER exctited about this fall. i have some good practicing to do, good tunes to play, and my berfday is in 6 days, and something else is in 16 days.
i've started some work on my first original lab band composition. in my mind, it is totally badass. hopefully, some of that will stick to the paper.

i've introduce elizabeth to Arrested Development and she and i love it. i bought and we finished the DVDs of the first season and i am busy...uh...procuring episodes of the second season. G.O.B. is by far our favorite character.
there's a Mr. Banana Grabber t-shirt for sale on ebay that i am so tempted to buy, but it's 21 bucks not including S&H.
drew as far as i know is enjoying D.C. he apparently had class every day last week to 10:00 PM including saturday. yikes.
um, i dont know what else there is. time to watch more arrested development.
